Stardena was borne in September 2007 after I decided I wanted to have my own e-business and further develop one of my hobbies - jewellery making.  I also realised that I had neglected my ‘creative’ side lately and that it was high time I got back in touch with it!  I would like to think that you will enjoy wearing my jewellery as much as I have in creating it.  I feel my collection can be worn for any occasion and give an outfit a special and complete look.

All my jewellery is designed and handmade by me.  I love sourcing and buying beads then combining them together to make a unique creation.  I use glass beads and set my jewellery on sterling silver findings, unless otherwise stated.  Each piece is made specifically for you, as I do not hold a ‘stock’ of ready-made jewellery and therefore can be made to your specifications if necessary.

My jewellery will be supplied to you in a gift box either for your own safe storage or ready to give as a gift.

Where did the name Stardena come from?

After weeks of trying to find an original name for my business, I decided to make a name by combining letters from my three children’s names - to me they are all stars!

Earrings

Whilst the earrings shown are made for pierced ears, it is also possible for them to be made for non-pierced ears using either ear clips or ear screws with levers – please let me know if you require these.

Necklaces

Whilst the length of these is stated in the item description, please contact me if you require a specific length.

Bracelets

Again, whilst the length of these are stated, please let me know if you require a specific length.

If there is a design you like but the colour you require is not there, please e-mail me and I will endeavour to find the colour you desire – you can always send me a swatch of material if you are trying to match an outfit.

Payment

I currently can take Paypal or personal cheques drawn on a UK bank.  Cheques should be made payable to Stardena.

Postage and Packing

All jewellery comes in a gift box and for your peace of mind, insurance is included in the postage and packing prices.

I will consider shipping to overseas destinations, please e-mail me for details as the prices only include shipping to UK mainland addresses.

Delivery

I will endeavour to supply your order within one week however, if you have paid by cheque, I will obviously have to allow time for this to clear.  I will e-mail you when I have despatched your item(s).

Returns Policy

I’m afraid, due to hygiene reasons, that returns will only be accepted where items are faulty.  Please could Items be returned within 7 days of receipt.  The faulty item can either be repaired or refunded.
